Issues logging into the www.sqlbqckupandftp site

I have issues logging into the www.sqlbqckupandftp site from the server to obtain a license key.

The sigin page comes up but the login button is not visible on the internet site.

I’m trying to login to www.sqlbqckupandftp site from the server. the server is hosted in external web hosting company. It is Microsoft Hyper-v 2016 running internet explorer.
