Issues connecting to One Drive through Office 365

Hi, I have two OneDrive locations : one with a Microsoft account / email associated with it that I got for free with a computer and another with a paid-for Office 365 subscription. I have renewed the Office 365 subscription and no longer wish to backup to the other OneDrive. However, when I add the backup location, I am always prompted for my Microsoft account location. How do I back up the One Drive location associated with the Office 365 subscription I have ?
