Is it possible to use the product in an offline situation

Hi New here not sure if this has been asked before, we run a totally offline solution, does the licensing need to see the internet, or will it run happily without having access back to the internet, can updates be downloaded and applied in an air gapped manner?

Thank you for the warm words.

For the correct work of SQLBackupAndFTP, you have to have a stable internet connection. Without internet connection, you can use only Free edition.

Could you please clarify do you use Proxy Server or you do not have at all the connection?

does it require Internet connection only once (during registration e.g. from Free to Proffesional)? Or does it require constant Internet access? Can I just cut off my server from the Internet once registered?

SQLBackupAndFTP requires a constant internet connection for a license validation, which runs several times per day.
