Internal server error (500)

Hi,

I am trying to back up my database, but I get an Internal server error (500) every time.

When I try to export the database manually via phpMyAdmin panel, it only succeeds when the compression is set to gzip. The size of compressed database is 62MB (uncompressed 525MB).

I tried to change the max_execution_time and memory_limit parameters on the server, but it didn’t help.

Server type: phpMyAdmin
SQLBackupAndFTP: 12.2.9 (alpha)

Any ideas what could be the reason for this error?
Is it possible to set gzip compression in phpMyAdmin backup options?

Thank you for the issue reporting.

phpMyAdmin doesn’t have API, we parse the pages, and they can be very different from the version to version. To investigate this case we need more details. Could you please provide us with test access? To make it private please sent the credentials to support@sqlbackupandftp.com

We need the credentials would allow us to log in to your phpMyAdmin interface and perform a backup of one database manually (which you can specifically create for us).
