I’m getting a " Access to the path ‘C:\ProgramData\Pranas.NET\SQLBackupAndFTP\Client\ClientId’ is denied. " when doing an install. Would anyone have a solution to this? Thank you in advance.

- Could you please let us know at what step do you get this error message?
- Please make sure your run SQLBackupAndFTP (Database backup) Windows Service under the following user
- Please make sure that the local system user has all the permissions to the following directory C:\ProgramData\Pranas.NET\SQLBackupAndFTP

I re-ran the installation and went to completion except get this error at the final step:
“The SQLBackupAndFTP (Database backup) service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.”
This is basically the same error when trying a manual service start prior to the re-install. What would you recommend?
