Ignore databases not readable in Availability Group/Mirroring

SQLBackupAndFtp 12 marks jobs as Failed when unable to backup databases which are not readable as they are part of an Availability Group.

We’ve configured SQLBackupAndFtp on all DB servers which participate in the Availability Group, and expect only one server to be able to backup at any given time for the database as only one instance is readable (due to SQL licensing).

How can we get SQLBackupAndFtp to not mark these jobs as failed?
