How to transfer my license

Hi everybody,

I bought a license key for version 10.2.12. Now I installed the latest version. How do I transfer my license to the new version? If I log in to my account, I don’t find any license or payments.

Hi Marco,

If you purchased a license key for SQLBackupAndFTP version 10, then you can use this key only for version 10, except if you own Lifetime edition, then your license key can be applied for version 11. Also, you can find more details about your license and upgrade your license key to the latest release at your “My Account” https://sqlbackupandftp.com/account page. Please use the email address you have used to purchase SQLBackupAndFTP to sign in.
