How do I backup the public_html folder on my web server?

I would like to run a scheduled job to backup the public_html folder and all sub folders via ftp. Or is the file/folder backup option only for files/folders on my desktop?

Sorry, but SQLBackupAndFTP was designed to backup your DBMS. SQLBackupAndFTP allows you to back up only your local files and folders in addition to your DBMS. Thank you for the feature request; we’ve forwarded it to our dev team for consideration.
