Generated temporary filename was not unique

Getting the below error when trying to copy a folder as well as SQL database. Not sure where to go from here. The user in question as local admin rights to the entire machine, so permissions is not the issue I don’t think?

Could you please try specifying a different temporary directory in your configuration settings? This may help avoid access restrictions on the current directory.
