Full Service Subscription

Two clients purchased the program less than a month ago and are getting an error “Full Service subscription has expired Renew now”

Can we fix this

To fix this issue you can purchase the one-year Full-Service subscription. To do it please go at your “My Account” https://sqlbackupandftp.com/account page and click the “Renew subscription” at the “Actions” column.

SQLBackupAndFTP is a standalone application. Once you bought a license it never expires, and you can use the version you’ve purchased forever. The subscription is optional and requires a yearly recurring fee. The subscription allows to:

  1. Auto-update the app to the latest version (vs staying with the version you have purchased).
  2. See backup history on the web.
  3. Receive direct email support from our team (vs support via community forum).
  4. Use SQLBackupAndFTP mail servers for sending backup notifications (vs configuring your own mail server).
  5. Receive alerts when your server or backup service is down (service down alerts).

All have purchased the product within the last few months.

All are less than a year since payment

It seems the licenses were purchased without the Full-Service subscription, it this case only 30 days Full-Service subscription is available which is expired.
