Frequently appears destination error

Hi there. We are using v10.9 build 3656 and have any strange destination error:

Destination error: This request operation sent to net.pipe://localhost/pranasnet/net/sbf/Trace/Net.pranasnet.sbf.Trace did not receive a reply within the configured timeout (00:03:00). The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout. This may be because the service is still processing the operation or because the service was unable to send a reply message. Please consider increasing the operation timeout (by casting the channel/proxy to IContextChannel and setting the OperationTimeout property) and ensure that the service is able to connect to the client.

Thank you for the details.

Could you please install the following Alpha edition http://sqlbackupandftp.com/download/alpha and save the following Timeouts.xml https://www.dropbox.com/s/dig225j1atp8oly/Timeouts.xml?dl=0 file into the following folder C:\ProgramData\Pranas.NET\SQLBackupAndFTP\Service\ It should resolve the issue.

Hi. Sorry for delayed response. I did not find this directory: C:\ProgramData[Pranas.NET](http://pranas.net/)\SQLBackupAndFTP\Service
Should I create it manually? In case I should is there any permission should be granted to any user?

In additional I have Pranas.NET folder in the temp backups folder but there is no Service subfolder

Pranas.NET folder is a hidden folder. Please allow your system to show hidden folders or just copy the path C:\ProgramData\Pranas.NET\SQLBackupAndFTP\Service\ into your explorer and press enter.
