It is possible to create autobackups in that form:
auto create folder with data in name ex. 2017-12-15
put all bases from instance in that folder

Sorry, but you can not do it with SQLBackupAndFTP.

But you can customize your backup file name, this option can be found at the “Compression Settings”.
