Firewall Audit. please confirm what URLS and PORTS need to be open for Licensing validation

Hello, our Database servers have been audited and the firewall configuration we have in place is under question. please confirm the following as soon as possible.

what URL is required to be access for the SQLBackupAndFTP to validate licensing?
Also
what port or ports are required.

Finally is there a version we can purchase that does not required the validation calls to the internet?

For SQLBackupAndFTP to function correctly, you need to maintain a stable internet connection. The internet is necessary for license validation. SQLBackupAndFTP communicates with our server via the API located at https://api.sqlbak.com (port 433).

To activate your license, you must establish an internet connection. Once activated, you can close the connection. However, every 60 days, you will need to reopen the connection to validate the license.
