I want to backup this database from my remote SQL Server to my local storage.
I got sucessful transfers from another databases on the same remote SQL Server, but this “cbo” database and another one I get the same error “Script transfer failed.”
How can I solve this issue?

Can you please attempt to execute the script using SSMS and confirm if it functions properly?
Additionally, we suggest that you establish a connection to Microsoft SQL Server (local) and transfer the backups to your local storage using NAS.
