Hi Christian,

Could you please let us know what version of the application do you use?

To resolve the issue, please stop SQLBackupAndFTP (Database Backup) Windows Service and clean up the following directory C:\ProgramData\Pranas.NET\SQLBackupAndFTP\ then start the service.

Note, once you clean up the specified directory all your backup jobs will be deleted and you have to create them again.

Getting same errors but I don’t wan’t to create all jobs again…

Tell me how to backup the jobs & then do this.

Sorry, but there is no way to do it. Once you remove the folder all the jobs must be recreated.
