Error on license

I get this error at the moment that I try to write the license key (a lifetime edition) in the upgrade to the newest version (11.4.2)

Hello,

It was a temporary issue on our side and we have fixed it. Could you please restart SQLBackupAndFTP (SQL Server backup) Windows Service and enter your license key again?
