Enormous Log files

Hello,

i have a paid plan (LITE version) and the daily scheduled backup procedure works fine, however I have noticed that under the path C:\Windows\Temp\SYSTEM\Pranas.NET\SBF there are multiple folders that end up consuming more than 250GB of storage!

Can I safe delete these folders? Also is there an option not to be created automatically?
