Custom email settings - test message error

I’m trying to use sqlbackupfree, I would like to use a custom email
I put all info to gsuite account login and pass are 100% correct, but all the time got the same problem:
“ERROR: Sending a confirmation e-mail failed: Serwer SMTP wymaga bezpiecznego połączenia lub nie uwierzytelniono klienta. Odpowiedź serwera: 5.5.1 Authentication Required. Learn more at”

What should I do to solve it?

Hi Rafal,

It seems you use the old version which is no longer supported. Could you please install the latest release - version 11.7.1 and check if it resolves the issue. You can download it at https://sqlbackupandftp.com/download
