Create new backup job using Command Line

I am looking to create a new backup job using command line. Is that possible? If so, where might I find information on the available parameters?

I see it is possible to run backup jobs that have already been created using How to run SQLBackupAndFTP v11 from a command line

Sorry, but there is no way to do it with SQLBackupAndFTP, but you can achieve it using our other backup tool - SqlBak https://sqlbak.com/
