Can't Connect to the DBMS

Hi,

I get the below error when trying to connect to a MYSQL database via a SSH tunnel. Microsoft Visual C++ is installed. The application is running Windows Server 2016. Any idea what the issue could be or how to troubleshoot it?

Hi Wayne_Earle,

SQLBackupAndFTP creates backups via mysqldump tool. To resolve the issue please go to the connection settings and click on the info button

Copy the command and run it via the Command Prompt to make sure everything works smoothly.
