we are using SQLBACKUP software for a long time. we have backup which created remotely and generate compressed .sql file, when trying to restore it gives error below

It seems you have to edit the SQL backup file manually and make an encryption key set. Please find more details on how to do it on the web. Sorry, but there is no way to resolve the issue via SQLBackupAndFTP since there are no options for interaction with TDE.

I did that and it is working. but I noticed that there are a lot of errors after that. so I do not recommend to use remote backup. this software is good for only local server backup.

While it is possible to use remote backups, we do not recommend relying solely on them. Instead, it is highly advisable to use local backups if they are available.
