We have a issue with a PC where the screen es empty and we can’t configure the system. It all started with a windows update.
SQLBackupAndFTP is working fine. Ewe had configure it ok and it’s doing the scheduled backups but we can’t change anything on it:

OS details
Verify .NET Framework (4.7.2 or above)
Windows Event Logs (time of the white screen)
Open Event Viewer
Press Windows Key + S to open the search bar
Type Event Viewer and press Enter
Navigate to Logs
In the Event Viewer window, expand the Windows Logs section on the left pane
Click on Application to view application-related events
Click on System to view system-related events
Please send us the Windows Event Log you find.
Please follow the steps below to generate and provide Advanced Logs for our development team:

After the issue occurs again, please send to support@sqlbackupandftp.com all log files from the folder:
C:\Log\SBF
These Advanced log will help our development team investigate the issue in detail.
