Blank/Empty screen

Hi there,

We have a issue with a PC where the screen es empty and we can’t configure the system. It all started with a windows update.
SQLBackupAndFTP is working fine. Ewe had configure it ok and it’s doing the scheduled backups but we can’t change anything on it:

Sorry for the hassle with the white/blank window. Please run the checks below and send us the results so we can pinpoint this quickly:
OS details

  1. Verify .NET Framework (4.7.2 or above)
  2. Windows Event Logs (time of the white screen)
  • Open Event Viewer
  • Press Windows Key + S to open the search bar
  • Type Event Viewer and press Enter
  • Navigate to Logs
  • In the Event Viewer window, expand the Windows Logs section on the left pane
  • Click on Application to view application-related events
  • Click on System to view system-related events
  • Please send us the Windows Event Log you find.
  1. Please follow the steps below to generate and provide Advanced Logs for our development team:

  2. After the issue occurs again, please send to support@sqlbackupandftp.com all log files from the folder:
    C:\Log\SBF

These Advanced log will help our development team investigate the issue in detail.
