Backup to Backblaze error

Hi,
when i try a simple backup task to a backblaze and make a test i get this error:
Failed to delete a file.
Parameter name: file.
I’m running SQLBackupandftp standard 11.5.0 on a windows 2019 standard edition and sqlserver 2017 web edition

I’m absolutely sure of backblaze data i entered
I tried to make a test on my local machine with professional trial version i’ve just downloaded and it works perfectly

Thank you for the details.

You use an old version 11.5.0. The latest release is version 12.3.11. Could you please install the latest version https://sqlbackupandftp.com/download and check if it works?

Hi Alexander, yes i can see that with last version you resolved that bug but my license is for 11.5.0 version.

If it works with the latest release, it should work with your version.

The old versions of SQLBackupAndFTP can connect to Backblaze only with identifications via “Account Id” and “Master Application Key”. It means that old versions cannot connect via “Application Key Id” and “Application Key”.

Please make sure you use the correct credentials.
