Azure Blob Snapshot - causing job to fail

I’m getting this error: Destination error: This operation is not permitted because the blob has snapshots.

This happens when the tool tries to clean-up files older than 12 months.
It appears that the tool does not include a setting to remove also existing blobs.

I don’t know any other work around for this, is this a known issue?

My settings and the exact error are below:

Dear ProgrammerFrank,

Could we please request further elaboration on this topic from your end? Your insights would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, if you have any suggestions for a functional solution regarding how SQLBackupAndFTP could potentially address the error you’ve encountered, we would be grateful for your input. It appears that at present, Azure is imposing restrictions on the deletion of the backup, leaving us unable to proceed.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions or concerns.

Thank you for your cooperation, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I’m not sure if you’re using C# as source.
