Autorenew for subscription didn't really work

Dear Support,

I had autorenew enabled for my subscription, but now my subscription is expired and I lost the differential backup is not working anymore (transaction log backup).

Would you please explain why the autorenew didn’t work? we didn’t receive any email about any error during renewal.
Can you help us to get the subscription renewed automatically? we don’t want to do it manually!
