Application installed

Hi I have installed the application configured it and ran it.

I applied the licenses and now get t white screen when I open it.

Service restarted.

reinstalled application.

nothing in event viewer.

To investigate this case we need more details. Could you please send us a screenshot of the issue? Also, could you please pass the following steps:

  1. Close SQLBackupAndFTP and stop SQLBackupAndFTP (SQL Server Backup) Windows Service.
  2. Delete the following folder C:\ProgramData\Pranas.NET\SQLBackupAndFTP\
  3. Run SQLBackupAndFTP (SQL Server Backup) Windows Service and SQLBackupAndFTP
  4. Enable the Advanced log (“Tools” > “Advanced Log…” > “Log enabled”) and open the folder with the log by clicking the “Open log” at the “Advanced Log” window.
  5. Apply your license key
  6. If the issue still happens, please send logs to our dev team by clicking the “Send Log to Developers”. If there is no way please compress the logs at the folder you open at the 4th step and send them manually to support@sqlbackupandftp.com
