The HTTP service located at https://api.sqlbak.com/Client/Sbf/SbfAccount.svc/secure is unavailable. This could be because the service is too busy or because no endpoint was found listening at the specified address. Please ensure that the address is correct and try accessing the service again later. > The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable.

It seems there was a temporary network issue. Could you please check if everything is OK now?
Also, please make sure that https://api.sqlbak.com (port 433) is whitelisted.
