Access denied when running scheduled job

When running the backup manually by pressing the green “Run now” button, it runs fine. However, scheduling it to run 5 minutes later via scheduled job, it fails. Application hasn’t been closed between running the manual job and scheduled one.

Any ideas?

Hi Gama_Studio,

Could you please try to use SQL Server Authentication at the connection settings and then go to the bottom of your backup job settings and click on the “Gear” button on the “Run this job as user” and specify a user from whom you can successfully run the backup job manually.

SQLBackupAndFTP

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Fixed by creating a new user and granting all privileges in SQL
