I have just purchased licenses for the latest version so we could get support for BackBlaze B2 and so far this has been the worst thing I have ever done. Let me elaborate.
We have purchased the licenses and downloaded the latest versions.
These have been installed onto the 2 servers that had the previous versions installed on.
Both have requested .NET Framework 4.7.1 which has been installed and both servers have been rebooted.
During installation the following errors occur:
When we attempt to start the application we receive the following:
The following exception is logged in Event Viewer:
This error occurs on both servers. They are both running Windows Server 2012 R2.
I tried to log a support ticket from within your portal and annoyingly it fails to send the request reporting “Internal Server Error”
So as you can imagine I am a little frustrated.
And even more annoying when I tried to save this post I am told new users can only post one image so I have commented out all the others, although it’s happy for me to upload them!
