Scheduled Backup Does Not Run

Hi Team,

Below is the version of the app I am using. I recently discovered that the scheduled backup is not working. When I do manual backup it runs successfully.


I tried to follow the steps mentioned in this topic but version of my app does not have all those options.

I was not sure if I update the app the license will be retained as I have no records of license.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you for the details.

Sorry, but the version you use is very old and it is no longer supported. We recommend you try to install the latest release and check if it works for you

Also, you can upgrade your license to the latest release at your “My Account” page by clicking the “Upgrade to latest version…” link at the “Actions” column. Please use the email address you used to purchase a license to log in. If the password is lost you can recover it at Sql Backup And FTP
