Issue Connecting to Amazon S3 Bucket

Good morning,

We are currently using SQLBackupAndFTP Professional version 12.8.1 on Windows Server 2022.

We are attempting to transfer backup files to an Amazon S3 bucket after a successful backup job. However, when testing the S3 connection or transferring files, we encounter errors. Please find the attached screenshots/logs for reference.

As part of our troubleshooting, we verified that:

  • The SQLBackupAndFTP service is running.
  • Local Folder storage tests are successful.
  • The issue occurs only when connecting to Amazon S3.

We would appreciate your assistance in identifying the cause of this issue and any recommended troubleshooting steps.
