After moving our server to the new server of the same hosting provider, I cannot connect to my ftp. I get an error message:
failed to upload. data connection cannot be opened with this prot setting (521).
If I use the same data to connect with FileZilla, everything works fine.
To investigate your case, we need additional information. Could you please enable the Advanced Log with the “Trace” level, reproduce the issue, and send the logs to our development team?
Important: The “Trace” level log may contain your passwords. Before sending it, please open the log in any text editor and remove any confidential information. You can access the log file by clicking the “Open folder” link in the “Advanced Log” window (Tools > Advanced Log…).
Once the log has been sent, kindly notify us and let us know your Application ID (“Help” > “Application ID”).
