Failed to backup database with "Full" backup type: Database '_SQLBackupAndFTP_Snapshot' does not exist. Make sure that the name is entered correctly

This is an Azure SQL service with 17 databases on it.
i am using the Server admin login.

a couple of the databases are coming up with this error.

To resolve the issue, please try increasing the “CloudSql → Short” timeout to 600 or 1200 seconds by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to :open_file_folder: C:\ProgramData\Pranas.NET\SQLBackupAndFTP\Service and locate the Timeouts.xml file.
  1. Open Timeouts.xml in a text editor and find the <CloudSql> section.
  2. Modify the <Short> value to 600 or 1200, then save the changes.
  3. Restart the SQLBackupAndFTP (Database Backup) Windows Service for the changes to take effect.

that seems to have been of significant help and has reduced the number of failed backups dramatically.
