Failed to backup database because missing z01 file

Failed to backup database because missing z01 file. It happens to different database randomly. It usually happens to a database during the whole backup. Any idea why this happens? Thanks

Please install the Alpha version, enable Advanced Log, and try to reproduce the issue. Once done, kindly send us the Advanced Log.
