Hello,

Thank you for the issue reporting. To investigate this case we need more details, could you please send us the Advanced Log? You can find a short tutorial on how to do it at https://sqlbackupandftp.com/blog/how-to-send-log-to-developers

Sorry for the inconvenience.

It seems the issue is on Dropbox side. We have contacted Dropbox’s support team to investigate this case.

Hy Alexander.

We need a solution for this case. Can you help me ? The company Dropbox has already taken a position?
Thanks,

Yes, we have received a reply from Dropbox. Please find more details at https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/API-support/Official-Dropbox-Net-v2-SDK-slow-uploading-speed-for-large-files/td-p/253124

Cool, but what do we need to do to solve the problem? we wait ?
Thanks Alexander. By Guilherme RIbeiro

Sorry, but this issue is on Dropbox side.

Dropbox’s support team says that the connection speed will vary from place to place. Your connection speed to Dropbox depends on the routing you get between your ISP and Dropbox’s servers, and may be slower than your ISP’s rated speeds.

Sometimes resetting or retrying your connection gets you a different route and better speeds, but that is outside of our and Dropbox’s control. Some ISPs also throttle sustained connections so if you see an initial high connection speed followed by lower speeds, that could be the reason.

Also, we can recommend you to contact Dropbox’s support team to check the issue related to your routing.

Hy, alexander.

I’m sorry but before upgrading to this new version always worked perfectly.

So much so that for our FTP it sends in less than 30 minutes, only for the dropbox that takes almost 12 hours.
