SQLBackupAndFTP does not run after installation.

To investigate this case we need more details. Could you please save the folloiwng NLog.config file into the application folder “C:\Program Files (x86)\SQLBackupAndFTP”, restart “SQLBackupAndFTP (Database backup)” windows service, reproduce the issue and send us all log files from the “C:\Log\SqlBak” folder.

Dear Alexander,
Unfortunately i couldn’t find “NLog.config” in application folder. With this file name just i have “NLog.dll”! and also i couldn’t find “C:\Log\SqlBak”! Maybe I do not have them?
Could you please help me to find your requirment?

Could you please let us know, have you reproduced the issue after you saved the NLog.config file? Please make sure that the issue is reproduced and check the folder with the log.

Method not found: ‘!!0[] System.Array.Empty()’.
To resolve the issue it is recommended to install .NET 4.6.2.
