Problem while restoring

Hello,

While the backup procedure worked great, in the restore i had an issue that aborted the entire taks. The error message i got was:

29/8/2019 12:26:50 pm [Error] Failed to restore mydb database. mysql: Unknown OS character set ‘cp737’.mysql: Switching to the default character set ‘utf8mb4’.ERROR 1046 (3D000) at line 24: No database selected

Can you please explain what this means? Note that I got this error while the restore task was running for over 20 minutes…
