No Communication from the SQL Service

Getting the following email from time to time.

SQLBackupAndFTP service received no communication from SQL Server (default) from 6/2/2019 8:33:54 AM till 6/2/2019 8:37:55 AM (0 hours outage). This meant that the SQL server has been stopped, restarting or the login used by SQLBackupAndFTP service running on this server has been changed. It is now back online and SQL Server backups from SQLBackupAndFTP have resumed.

We have confirmed the the SQL service did not stop during this timeframe. Anyone else seen this?

It seems it was a temporary issue that happened because of the Internet connection between SQL Server and SQLBackupAndFTP was lost, or the Server was too busy and wasn’t able to respond. Could you please tell us, is everything works smoothly now?
