Google Drive as destination

I’m new to this product. No trouble to back up to a network folder, but when I try to change the destination to Google Drive, enter my gmail account to sign in and click Next, nothing happens. The window just re-displays the ‘Email or Phone’ in the gmail account field. Is there something else I need to do or another requirement?

Hi Alexander,
Here it is. What happens when I select Next after typing in my gmail address. I can retype my email but I always get the same response. I’ve also tried different email addresses but no luck.
Any help is appreciated.

Could you please confirm that you have active account for your Google Drive? Also, could you please try to use another browser, like Google Chrome?
