Error in Remote .sql backup

#1

Hello. Can you explain what this error means.

The column prefix ‘cstr’ does not match with a table name or alias name used in the query.

Hi Chuck,

Thanks for the feedback.

Could you please clarify are you able to perform a remote backup via SQL Server Management Studio?

Sorry for the inconvenience.

#9

I don’t have SQL Server Management Studio or I would just do my .sql file generation from there.

#10

I installed SQL Server Management Studio 2008 RS 10.50.2500.0 and it worked.

Hi Chuck,

Could you please download, install, and check if the following version https://www.dropbox.com/s/j0zrbkmy1s4999m/SQLBackupAndFTPSetup.exe?dl=0 resolves the issue?

We have added some changes to that version so the backup into script will take more time.

If you still have this issue, please save the NLog.config file into the application folder C:\Program Files (x86)\SQLBackupAndFTP, restart “SQLBackupAndFTP (SQL Server backup)” Windows service, run the application and reproduce the issue. After the issue is reproduced please send us all log files from C:\Log\SBF folder.

To download Nlog.config file please follow this link https://www.dropbox.com/s/qsxhu9gz1k0rqf5/NLog.config?dl=01

To make your logs private please send them to support@sqlbackupandftp.com
