I am using this software for the first time and getting the below error with the daily backups failing. Any help would be really appreciated.

Please let us know when the log will be sent, also please provide us with your Application ID (“Help” > “About”).

Also, please check your Windows Event Log (Application and System) are there any error messages related to SQLBackupAndFTP?

Could you please clarify what OS do you use?
