Thanks for the log, we have checked it. It seems you cancel the backup job by your self. Could you wait around one hour and check if it works? There are no error messages in your log. If your backup job will take more time please send us the logs again.

You are absolutely right. I didn’t have enough patience. I let it roll for a few minutes and the program worked beautifully on both websites, both hosts.
