Can not connect to Sql Server

I’ve used this product for a long time with no problems.

I changed my computer name and it stopped working.
After I changed my computer name, I updated the settings in Sql Server Management Studio (SSMS) and that instantly worked.
I used the exact same change in Sql Backup and FTP and it won’t connect.

I changed the computer name back and forth.
Started over and over.
I have re-installed 5 times.
I don’t understand why the exact same settings in SSMA that work is not working in Sql Backup and FTP.

Attached is the log.

Any help would be appreciated.

We have checked the log you sent and found out that you get the following error message:

Account restrictions are preventing this user from signing in. For example: blank passwords aren’t allowed, sign-in times are limited, or a policy restriction has been enforced.

Sorry, but that error message isn’t generated by SQLBackupAndFTP and cannot be resolved from our side. We recommend you to find more information on how to fix it on the web.
