Always got this error when backup to OneDrive for Business:
Destination error: [DST-9:1001#1] Failed to open "XXX" destination connection. > Unexpected response status code "Completed". Status description: "Unauthorized". ErrorMessage: "". ErrorException: ""
To solve this issue please pass the authorization process with OneDrive for Business once again.
I already did that. After certain period, this error will occur again.
I do not have any issue with Google Drive or Personal One Drive.

I have the same problem. It also seems to happen that the upload speed is decreasing over time and is not very fast in general...
To investigate this case we need more details.
Could you please tell us how often to do you get authorization issue?
Also, please tell us what your average download speed is?
