Backup is sendet to folder destination but then dissapeared

Hi all,

I run a backup as followed:

sql-database “easybusiness” to folder “Backup_JTL”.
folder “\DC-SV\Backup” as .zip-file to folder “Backup_JTL”

As my report says everything is working fine (see below) … but there is no .zip-file in the folder “Backup_JTL”

My Auto delete time is set to 1 month 2 days.

Can you help me?

Here is the report:

Hello Stefan_Frank,

To investigate this case, we need more details. Could you please send us the Advanced log? Here are more details on how to do it How to send Log to developers | SQLBackupAndFTP's blog

Please let us know when the log will be sent, also, please provide us with your Application ID (“Help” > “About”).

Also, could you please open your job log and click on the “Download Backup” button. To check if the backup will be downloaded?

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello Alexander,

thank you very much for your support! J

I sended the report via eMail

The download oft he file "Backup201910171800.zip " in folder "C:\Backup_JTL" does not work,

because the file does not exist (thats the problem: after uploading the file it is cleaned up immediately)

Another word about my settings: I selected the folder C:\Backup_JTL as Backup-Folder and additionally as Temporary folder.

But that should not be the problem, in my first trials with this setting the Backup of [\DC-SV\Backup](file:///\DC-SV\Backup) worked whithout problems.

I sended you our latest Report via eMail:

Thank you very much in advance;

Stefan
