Amazon S3 destination error - The specified key does not exist

Hi all.
I have this erro tring to upload a backup to S3 Amazon.

After create my S3 config with my key and secret key, if I try to push TEST button it works (connection successful), but if i try to run a backup i’ve back error.

i’m using a trial version now, 11.4.1
With trial it doesn’t work?
